These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FINMEDIA.NET platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FINMEDIA.NET is an influencer marketing platform connecting finance companies with content creators in the DACH region.

Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

For Companies:

• Access to verified finance influencers
• Campaign management tools
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Direct communication with creators

For Creators:

• Access to campaign opportunities
• Portfolio and profile management
• AI-powered content tools
• Earnings tracking and analytics

Platform Fees: FINMEDIA.NET charges a percentage-based fee on all transactions. Fee rates vary based on your tier level (Bronze: 20%, Silver: 18%, Gold: 16%, Platinum: 14%).

Payment Terms: All payments are processed securely. Companies pay upfront, and creators receive payment upon successful campaign completion.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact team@finmedia.net for disputes.

All content created through our platform must:

• Comply with MiFID II and BaFin regulations
• Include required financial disclaimers
• Not contain false or misleading information
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Follow platform-specific guidelines (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

FINMEDIA.NET acts as a platform connecting companies and creators. We are not responsible for:

• Content created by users
• Disputes between companies and creators
• Third-party platform policies or changes
• Financial advice or investment outcomes

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to FINMEDIA.NET in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments must be settled
• Active campaigns must be completed or cancelled
• Account data may be retained for legal compliance
